Comment: Hippokleas is the son of pythonikes Phrikios (Strasser (2001), no. 20) - YP Pindar wrote his ode for Hippokleas' (son of Phrikias, entry no. 111) victory in the boys' diaulos at the Pythia in 498 BC. The scholia suggest he also won two Olympic victories. Moretti 1957, nos. 175, 184 suggests that these victories took place at the 72nd and 73rd Olympiad (= 492 and 488 BC) - DL
